
Serves 1
For the pancake:
1/4- cup egg whites
1/4+ cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Slightly adjust depending if you like thin or thick pancakes. I usually do a pinch more oatmeal :)
For the toppings:
I like to use Justin's vanilla almond butter (exclusive to Whole Foods) and some type of fruit.
